   Almost the same as a comedy open mic, except more like they complain that their jokes usually work with a real audience and they don’t care if we laugh since it’s only an open mic.

   i enjoy playing empty open mic’s…. no pressure and its sorta like revelling in how depressing it should be. for me, it’s the fun kind of depressing, but often i think about how it’d be way different if i wasnt playing guitar and was performing as a comedian or an actor. like doing a play for 1 person in an audience. does that even happen? do you just stop when that one person walks away?

   I’ve done comedy for like 2 people before….the depressing part is when there are like 12 people there but they’re all comedians, and they all sit in the back and you get like 0 laughs. It’s a mind F. like i mentioned to others it’s an intense workout for your psyche, it hurts but makes you stronger, my brain can bench press like 12 suicidal thoughts at once now.
